I would bet that if the Judge was the one being stalked and had the evidence to back it up, as this woman did, there would have been an order of protection issued immediately. I think there is a double standard. There doesn't seem to be any reason why she was denied.

- You can be charged with simple assault for throwing water on someone. I find it interesting that the police are mulling over whether to charge her or not. There is no doubt in my mind that she will be charged, and some jail time is warranted.

- I'm wondering how I survived 63 years so far. If I listened to all the "Sky is Falling" scenarios I wouldn't have enjoyed anything. I worry more about the side effects of prescription drugs. Sorry, in my humble opinion licorice is the least of my worries.

- Competition is what sets prices, and as long as Verizon is in business as a competitor. AT&T won't increase price's above what Verizon charges. Laying off duplicate jobs is another story. That happens with most mergers. IMHO, I don't think that this is an anti-trust issue.

- Lets see, the UN has no problem putting Libya on the human rights commission, however, we broke international law by executing a murderer.If the UN loves this guy so much the next time a murderer is sentenced to death, he/she can live in one of their homes.Stupid UN.
